Registration
The symposium registration fee is $180.00 and includes all three days of the symposium, continental breakfast, lunch onsite, June 8th poster session/reception with appetizers and optional daily bus transportation from hotel to symposium site.

- Registration Deadline for US Citizens has been extended to May 23, 2011

Badging Requirements
If you have a U.S. Department of Energy standard badge or a U.S. Department of Energy common credential badge you do not need to fill out the visitor information form, just bring your badge with you. If you do not have one of the above badges please download and complete the PNNL Visitor Badge Information form before registering for the symposium. When completed please send the form as an attachment to debbie.krisher@pnl.gov.
IMPORTANT: All Non-U.S. citizens must download and complete the Foreign National Visits and Assignments Questionnaire instead of the visitor badge information form before registering for the symposium. When completed please send the form as an attachment to debbie.krisher@pnl.gov.
